Sensory analysis of automotive interior materials: touch/vision

As a complement to design tools, sensory analysis not only helps in the design of a product or material, but also forms part of a quality assurance approach . The practice of sensory analysis ensures that the product remains within the range of differences or characteristics perceived by the customer, thus avoiding over-quality. In addition to detecting customer expectations, sensory analysis enables sensory specifications to be established.
