Where do we stand?
The first registration stage has been completed for substances produced in quantities of more than :
1,000 t/an ;
100 t/year if they are likely to be persistent, bioaccumulative or toxic;
1 t/year if carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic.
After this first registration phase, which ended on November 30, 2010, ECHA received 24,675 dossiers concerning 3,400 substances (compared with 3,600).
