3. Remedies
Figure 8 shows a typical noise spectrum measured in a given environment. On a continuous background, with a 1/f rise at low frequencies, are superimposed peaks characteristic of the environment under consideration; the largest peaks are generally at the frequency of the network and its harmonics.
3.1 Filtering
Filtering consists in eliminating or rather attenuating unwanted frequencies.
