2. Introduction to ISO 9001: quality management systems – Requirements
There are several reference systems (ISO 9001 NF X50-900; NF X50-551...) specifically applicable to research. In the context of the work presented in this article, we have chosen to base ourselves on theISO 9001 which is the most widely used reference standard for quality processes.
The standard ISO 9001 entitled "Quality management systems – requirements" is a document enabling organizations to implement a quality management system.
