A quality culture is an opportunity for organizations to assess and strengthen the internal roots of their quality approach.
Linking culture (the organization’s or company’s history) with quality policy (current objectives) can serve as a powerful lever for embedding and cultivating quality within the organization.
Focus groups can be established to define or update, as needed, the shared values of internal stakeholders in order to give substance to the narrative(s) that encapsulate the quality culture and the behaviors to be prioritized.
