Document

Information carrier and the information it contains (The carrier may be paper, magnetic, electronic or optical, photograph or standard sample, or a combination of these.). [ISO 9000:2015 – 3.8.5]

Documentation

A set of documents is commonly referred to as "documentation".

Documented information

Information that must be controlled and kept up to date by an organization, as well as the medium on which it appears.
