8. Mistakes to avoid
It can be dangerous to put indicators in place with a great deal of communication, without taking a serious interest in the results, and therefore in the actions to be taken. It is essential to measure the time needed to update indicators. It is wise to consider that other actions considered more important, or even imposed by management, may disrupt monitoring and demotivate those involved. It's important to do what you set out to do, and not to "bite off more than you can chew".
