ABSTRACT
In optical pyrometry, the lack of knowledge of thermo-optical properties is the main obstacle when determining the true temperature. The two-colour Pyroreflectometry solves this problem for opaque materials. It is based on the simultaneous measurements of radiance temperatures and bi-directional refectivities. Validations and experimental results demonstrate the quality of the method and the maturity of the associated systems.

INTRODUCTION
In optical pyrometry, the lack of knowledge of thermo-radiative properties is the major obstacle to accessing the actual temperature. Based on the hypothesis of identical reflection indicators for two close wavelengths, and relying on simultaneous measurements of luminance temperatures and bidirectional reflectivities, two-color pyroreflectometry removes this obstacle for opaque bodies. Validation and experimental results demonstrate the relevance of the method and the maturity of the associated systems.
