2. Operating file

Upstream of the operating files, the operator must draw up and keep up to date a list of fixed vessels, steam generators and piping, subject to the Order of November 20, 2017. For each piece of equipment, this list indicates the type, the monitoring regime (with or without inspection plan), and the dates of the last and next periodic operation (inspection and requalification).

An operating file must be created for each piece of fixed equipment. It includes all the information required for safe operation, maintenance and inspection, as well as any interventions required. This file may be in the form of paper or digital documents. It includes at least the following elements.
