Today, although the notion of productivity remains a priority in NC design, the main manufacturers are paying increasing attention to ergonomics, i.e. their user-friendliness and their ability to manage their environment. Simplified programming, improved communication with upstream departments in the company, integration of technological databases and expanded graphic possibilities are just some of the technological advances that are helping to desacralize NC on the shop floor.
