4. Machining assisted by cryogenic cooling
High-pressure waterjet assistance combines mechanical and thermal action to promote heat dissipation. To achieve this, high cutting fluid pressures are used. Another solution is to lower the temperature of the lubricant, leading to machining assisted by cryogenic cooling.
