All these software packages have evolved considerably over the last few years: almost all products have developed interfaces with the Internet; of course, ergonomic improvements have been made, leading to ever more natural integration of LIMS with the Windows environment, but it is above all in the approach to projects as a whole, and the place of LIMS in the company's overall information system, that developments have been or need to be made.
