Apportionment of heating costs applies to apartment buildings where all or part of the premises are heated privately.

The heating system must be fitted with a water distribution system serving heat emitters equipped with a control system whose set value can be adjusted by the occupant, or with the option of manual power adjustment, either room by room, or heat emitter by heat emitter.
