Setting up a facility management process in a company

Standard exchange

Operation consisting in replacing a defective component with a new one of the same standard.

Scheduled maintenance

It applies mainly to technical installations. It involves regular monitoring, including, if necessary, the repair or replacement of certain parts of the installation.

Facility Manager

The Facility Manager, or Work Environment Manager, is a professional whose job it is to coordinate all activities aimed at optimizing the working environment. He or she must also ensure that safety, health and hygiene standards are applied within the company.

Corrective maintenance

Maintenance to correct a fault, malfunction or failure in technical installations. This mainly involves troubleshooting and/or protective measures.
