12. Perspectives and conclusions
Over the years, adsorption purification processes have proven their efficiency and reliability. They have also often been chosen for their low operating costs and flexibility of use. Research is therefore ongoing to extend their use as replacements for existing solutions, or for new applications designed to reduce emissions of polluting gases or greenhouse gases.
