3. Simplified modeling of a misted-air condenser
The aim of this simplified model is to quantify the impact of misting an air-cooled condenser on its refrigerant-side phase-change temperature (condensing temperature) and its amount of dissipated heat. By linking it to an overall refrigeration system model, this modeling can also provide trends in the thermodynamic performance of the whole machine.
