Spirits such as armagnac and cognac have a high alcohol content
(280 Kcal or 1,170 KJ/100 g). They also contain water (60 g/100 g),
alcohol (40 g/100 g), sugar in very low concentrations, and two micronutrients,
copper (0.16 mg/100 g) and zinc (0.016 mg/100 g).
