Assessing the pollution load of a winery

Orders of magnitude are established, with a standard deviation whenever the number of observations allows, for the following parameters: water consumption in liters of water per liter of wine per year, excluding cooling (table 1 ), effluent concentrations during the harvest period (table 2 ) and specific pollution loads in red and white winemaking [1, 2] .
