6. Conclusion

Keplerian motion offers a fully analytical model for simple calculations. This article reviews the main formulas, in particular the transition from orbital parameters to Cartesian coordinates of position and velocity, and the transition to geodesic coordinates. The Keplerian model considers only the attraction of the central body, assumed to be point-like. It provides a first approximation of real motion. For a more precise study, it is necessary to take account of other forces applied in the form of perturbations.
