3. Conclusion

As we have seen from the outset, it is through a combination of principles and recommendations that companies succeed in securing their Supply Chain, and thus in offering their customers the best quality of service at the best cost.

The aim of this dossier was to present the different areas in which a company can take action in this respect, and how, in a highly regulated sector, this aspect is an integral part of the business, whatever the company's policy: a strong corporate culture in terms of image, or the quest for profitability to remain competitive.

Always striving to be better comes at a cost. We mustn't lose sight of the economics of what's going to be put in place, or the point at which the plateau between investment and what actually comes out of it is reached. It is also more difficult to maintain optimum service quality than...
