3. Choice of supply chain management performance evaluation models

Performance assessment models must be adapted to the organization's design models, relevant for assessing performance in line with value creation objectives, and whose implementation enables rapid appropriation by all players. These performance assessment models must also take into account value creation throughout the chain (figure 8 ).

In the context of supply chain management, the evaluation of a company's supply chain performance, whether on a local, international or global scale, is necessary for a number of reasons.
