4. Conclusion

Financial analysis is based on principles which, if not immutable, are at least enduring (distinction between short and long term, temporal concomitance between assets and liabilities, etc.). Nevertheless, the priorities given to certain ratios may change over time, depending on financial events (crises, etc.) or the objectives of financial analysts.
