Accident; accident

An accident is a series of events or incidents, neither planned nor desired, leading the system to a degraded final state, characterized by a significant loss for the system and/or its environment. It is the result of an unfortunate combination of circumstances.

Actor; player

Any natural or legal person having a role in connection with the existence or use of the system. In the context of this article: users of the "Space Shuttle" system.

Cooperation; cooperation

The foundation of cooperation is the interpersonal communication process. Communication can be defined as a multidimensional process that can be described by four objective functions:
