1.1 Organizational diagnosis

First of all, let's clarify the two reasons why we speak of "organizational diagnosis" and not "organizational analysis":

  • The first is the purpose of our approach. Like a doctor, we are looking for a possible "pathology". The elements we present are not aimed at acquiring knowledge about the organization, nor are we seeking to draw up a panorama of company types [9] , or to describe the behavior of players and analyze the strategies that guide them [6] .
