2.1 Project chronology

The CSR was implemented in project mode. The main dates for the project are as follows:

• end of 2011: decision to set up a CSR and pilot project;

• early 2012: search for a CSR solution adapted to the Group's issues and context, and consultation of five software publishers;

• April 2012: contract signed with Calinda Software;

• May to October 2012: configuration and technical integration of the CSR, communication and training;

• November 2012: official launch of the CSR to a target group of 400 professionals in the innovation community;
