Champagne wine is bottled using a traditional process that only the Champagne region has the right to call the "méthode champenoise".
Remarks
• Champagne wine legislation requires that the second fermentation necessary for the setting of foam be carried out in 75 cl bottles. If you wish to package small 25 cL containers, which have a marginal production, you will have to empty 75 cl bottles after disgorging in a CO 2 pressure tank and resume the wine on an isobarometric filler in 25 cl containers (figure 2 a ).
