2. Protecting against the constraints of the logistics environment

Protection against the constraints of the logistical environment can only be achieved with a good understanding of the fragility of the equipment and the constraints of the logistical circuit it will follow:

  • determining the fragility of the equipment in relation to the climatic environment. We'll be highlighting the possibility of corrosion phenomena, sensitivity to temperature and pressure, and to all the agents of degradation that the equipment is likely to encounter;

  • determining the equipment's fragility in relation to the mechanical environment. It will be necessary to determine whether the equipment presents :

    • a fragile structure,

    • surface fragility,

    • sensitivity to acceleration and vibration;
