5. Conclusions and outlook
On a global scale, urban agriculture is a vector of social dynamics for the greening of food systems, as it integrates three complementary dimensions: food, environmental health and education. It takes many innovative and contextualized forms (hybrid farms, vertical farms or urban collective gardens) that organize and complement each other, then spread thanks to the multiscalar network of cities.
