2. Target products

One half of the overall foam market is made up of PUR polyurethane foams. The second half is dominated by PS foams (25%) and PE foams (12.5%), followed by PP and PVC foams, with the remainder made up of foams in other polymers such as PMMA, PET, PLA, ABS, PC, PTFE, etc.

Several criteria can be applied to differentiate mosses:

  • their lightness, characterized by relative density
