2.1 General characteristics of PEEK
The general characteristics of PEEK are shown in Table 1 .
The gray color of PEEK moldings, whether filled or unfilled, is only achieved if the polymer is sufficiently crystalline. More amorphous moldings are dark brown.
Given the anisotropic nature of castings, shrinkage varies according to the direction considered.
