1. Coextrusion process
Coextrusion is a process used to manufacture a sheet or plate by superimposing and/or juxtaposing layers to optimize the structure's performance: the resulting sheet is called a multilayer sheet.
This process involves simultaneously extruding ("coextruding") the polymers making up the different layers, then joining them in a single flow for common shaping.
