5. Interior fittings. Furnishings. Insulation

Large furniture items, shelving units, bars, counters, stands, platforms, etc. must be made of M3 materials. This does not apply to standard furniture.

Extendable, sliding, movable and removable partitions must also be made of M3 materials.

• Floor coverings :

  • ceilings: M1 ;

  • vertical walls: M2 ;

  • floors: M4.

• Insulation

  Insulation in direct contact with air must be M1. Insulation classified M2, M3, M4 must be protected by a heat shield as defined in the Guide d'emploi des isolants dans les bâtiments d'habitation.
