3. Validate planned actions by consulting stakeholders

Carefully carry out the stakeholder consultation stage – and in particular the consultation of the relevant staff – and occupational health authorities during the validation stage.

3.1 Health and safety design validation

  • Review the overall risk assessment at the workstation (single document) to check the project's impact on all risks.

  • Consult operators, employee representatives and the occupational health department.

  • Don't hesitate to try out pilot workstations.

  • In the case of new equipment, ask the supplier to visit companies that have implemented the new solutions.
