Erythrocytes
Red blood cells = erythrocytes = red blood cells.
Hematocrit
Hematocrit is the volume of red blood cells as a percentage of total blood volume after centrifugation.
Hematology
Hematology is the science of studying blood.
Mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH)
MCHR (mean corpuscular hemoglobin content) is the average amount of hemoglobin contained in a red blood cell.
Polynuclear
Polynuclear cells are leukocytes (white blood cells) of the granulocyte family, with lobed nuclei giving the impression of having several nuclei. They are responsible for eliminating bacterial agents (for example) once they have been recognized by the lymphoid immune system.
