What data should you report to determine your inventory-related obligations?

You should inventory all your stocks of substances—whether on their own or in mixtures—and provide the following information:

• their main identification numbers (e.g., CAS No., EC No., chemical and/or trade names);

• the origin of the substances: a substance purchased outside the EEA (imported substance), a substance manufactured by your legal entity, or a substance purchased within the EEA;

• the production volume in recent years for the stored substances that are or have been manufactured by your legal entity;

• the import volume in recent years for stored substances that are currently being imported or have been imported by your legal entity.
