3. Know the obligations linked to the use of a substance on its own or in a mixture
As a downstream user, other than an end user, you are identified as a supplier of a substance or mixture under Article 3 of REACh, and are subject to legal information obligations. The information required differs according to the type of use made of the substance:
as substance alone;
as a constituent of a mixture.
3.1 Substance used alone
Immediately from the date of inclusion on the candidate list, suppliers of the substance must provide their customers with a complete safety data sheet complying with REACh Annex II ( see Updating SDSs for substances
