4. Influence of construction parameters

The main parameters to be taken into account when sizing an inductor can be divided into two categories (rotor only).

• The main parameters :

  • operating data: flow rate q v , height H, available NPSH, rotation speed N ;

  • type of fluid ;

  • number of rotor blades Z r (3) ;

  • aerodynamic camber C Z0 of rotor blades (0.25 to 0.4) ;

  • T hub ratio (0.2 to 0.4) ;...
