4. Data to be supplied to the manufacturer
The piping designer is responsible for drawing up an equipment specification enabling the expansion joint manufacturer to size, manufacture, test and have the expansion joint approved according to precise rules, in compliance with codes and legislation. The RCUCD rules drawn up by the SNAM specify the information required to draw up this document.
The following is a reminder of the essential data for defining and sizing the compensator.
