3D Food
3D food printing.
LCA (Life Cycle Assessment)
A method for conducting a multi-criteria, multi-stage environmental assessment of a system throughout its entire life cycle.
Anisotropy
The property of being dependent on orientation. A 3D object is anisotropic because, before post-processing, it exhibits different characteristics depending on its orientation.
Self-assembly (or self-organization)
Processes by which a disorganized system of elementary components assembles and organizes itself spontaneously or through external stimulation, as a result of specific, local interactions between these components.
Self-repair
A material that repairs itself after being damaged....
