5.1 One group - diffusion" theory equation

The one-group theory consists in considering all neutrons together, whatever their energy, i.e. treating them as if they were monokinetic. We will develop this theory here, introducing the scattering approximation as well: $D ΔΦ - Σ_{a} Φ + S = \frac{1}{\bar{v}} \frac{\partial Φ}{\partial t}$
