3. Intensification of exchanges during vaporization of a liquid phase
The exchange mechanisms at work in an evaporator are extremely diverse and complex; as a corollary, the principles and techniques for increasing exchange coefficients when evaporating a fluid are extremely varied and require a great deal of study to understand and evaluate.
In this paragraph, after a brief review of transfer mechanisms in evaporators, we report on the most significant results obtained in the study and use of exchange enhancement in evaporation.
