3. Transmission of diffuse radiation
The transmission of diffuse radiation can be dealt with using the complementary tools presented here.
First of all, diffuse radiation exists in two forms:
diffused overcast " CIE " ;
the "serene sky" diffusion, when the sun is present in the sky.

These two forms are very different. Diffuse CIE sky radiation is fairly evenly distributed across all angular zones...
