As in paragraph 2 , in order to draw up the calculation note needed to plot the three curves that make up the Glaser diagram, it is first necessary either to know the physical characteristics of the coating, or, if this is not possible, to calculate them on the basis of test reports issued by an official laboratory (test reports which the manufacturer must supply whenever requested to do so by the builder)....
