5. Conclusion

In the preceding study, which cannot be exhaustive, we have examined the pathogenic or harmful effects of water on :

• materials, land and ;

• the different parts of a construction ;

• Cases :

  • polluted and aggressive waters and environments,

  • pipes ;

• and the phenomena of :

  • condensation and,

  • gel.

All this, based on the many examples we have learned of in the course of our expert appraisals and work on construction sites.
