9. Rescue equipment

9.1 Extinguishing media (article X 24)

§ 1 Fire protection must be provided :

• by portable water-spray extinguishers of at least 6 L capacity, with a minimum of one unit per 200 m ² of ancillary and technical premises, so that the distance to an extinguisher does not exceed 15 m;

• by fire extinguishers appropriate to the particular risks.

§ 2 Water-spray extinguishers are not required in the area of washing stations equipped with a flexible hose.
