2.1 Public contracting authority – Regulatory framework – Loi MOP
Ordinance no. 2018-1074 of November 26, 2018 repealed the MOP law. It has been "newly codified and -arranged", with its exceptions and derogations.
The French Public Procurement Code (CCP) came into force on 1 er April 2019.
