1. Building site regulations
Site regulations are drawn up by the project manager in agreement with the client. They are defined for the study of bids by companies, and are therefore included in the tender documents.
Site rules vary according to the nature and size of the project. In this section, we will develop the articles of a set of worksite regulations for a major project, with comments to explain how they were drawn up. Some points may not be included in the site rules for medium-sized or small projects. Others, such as "safety at work", must be included and explained. A panel of obligations and prohibitions (rather than recommendations) can be displayed (figure 1 ); before submitting it to the project owner for approval, the project owner can obtain help from the OPPBTP to improve it.
