5. Construction of the load-bearing element and the insulation/waterproofing complex
5.1 Load-bearing elements
For simple green roof terraces, the following load-bearing elements are permitted, with a maximum slope of 20% :
masonry complying with NF P 10-203-1 (DTU 20.12) and NF P 84-204-1-1/A1 (DTU 43.1) ;
autoclaved aerated concrete conforming to the "Conditions générales d'emploi des dalle de toiture en béton cellulaire autoclavé armé" (CSTB specification 2192, April 1987 + erratum March 1987) with a minimum slope of 1%;
in ribbed steel sheets complying with standard NF P 84-206-1-2 (DTU 43.3 P1-2 of April 2008) with a minimum slope of 3%, fixed to the framework as if receiving a self-protected coating;
wood or wood-derived panels...
