4. Grid curtain wall with frames

Range manufacturers (range designers and profile suppliers) have developed an intermediate technique more suited to smaller companies.

A grid frame is laid, into which hollow-jointed frame infills are inserted. The aesthetic result is similar to that of the frame, at least from the outside (because the inside has the same appearance as the grid), but the means of handling are reduced and, therefore, more within the reach of small companies, or small worksites (figure 9 ).
