To illustrate the subject, two examples are given below:

  • The first relates to technological risks, illustrating the ability to model and reproduce complex phenomena (explosions, fires, toxic clouds, the effects of thermal radiation, liquid flows, etc.) and enables fire department officers and industrialists to work together by reproducing very large-scale events that can involve both high-risk industrial sites and accidents involving the transport of hazardous materials;
